leave the box by the front door and do not

Shipping Upgrade Instruction:
After you place your order you may contact
Customer Care, call us or
send an e-mail with the shipping
method you prefer.You may:
- Advise your preferred carrier's name
and account number the order should be
shipped with. We will credit the
shipping amount on the order.
- Ask us to provide you with a rate
for the shipping service you prefer.
Examples include Next Day Air and Second
Day Air.
Please provide your order number, or
name and address, so we:
- can modify your order to ship with your
carrier under your account, or,
- may provide you with an accurate rate
for the upgraded shipping if you
requested us to do so.
Instructions to add Multiple Addresses to

- Log into your account with the e-mail address you used
to register and your password. (You must be
registered for your information to be saved to your account.
If you are not registered and wish to use this feature then

- After you're logged in, on the left side of the page,
under the logo, click the "MY ACCOUNT" link. (For
security it may request that you log in again.)
- On the My Account page, in the body section, click the
black button that says "Add Profile".
- The "NickName" will be what is listed in the drop
down selector. For example, you may type "Work", and
then complete the fields below with your work name and
address.
- Click the black "Save" button on the bottom right of the
page.
- Repeat process for each address you may use in the
future.
- Now, when you check-out, you can choose from any of the
addresses you entered.
To Change a NickName and/or an Address:
- Follow the instructions numbered 1 and 2 above.
- In the "Account Profiles" list, click the name you wish
to change.
- In the NickName field, change the name to what you
prefer, and/or, update your address in the fields below.
- Click the black "Save" button on the bottom right of the

| We offer a variety of packaging options to meet
your needs. Storefront options include loose packed or
plastic bagged. Loose pack eliminates excessive plastic use for the
environmentally conscious pet owners. Wholesale bagging may be
used based on the product type or volume, even if loose pack is
chosen. Plastic bagged enables convenient storage of your
purchase, and we consider it a "retail pack" for store operators
that wish to attach J-Cards, labels or other marketing devices.
Special packing for retail sale is available. Contact us
to discuss your needs if you have specific retail sale packing requirements.

The rawhide raw material
is soaked in an alkaline
solution ((Ca(OH)2) to
clean and prepare for
quality control.
Unacceptable material is
trimmed and discarded.
Acceptable raw material
that passes our strict
standards is passed to
production.

to accepted
rawhide raw
material is
soaked in a
solution of
water and
ammonia sulfate
((NH4)2SO4) at
the required
temperature for
the required
amount of time.

time are our
proprietary
recipe)

The completely
clean rawhide is
then sterilized
in Hydrogen
Peroxide (H2O2)
at the required
temperature for
the required
amount of time.
This also has a
desired side
effect of making
the rawhide the
yellow-white
color you are
familiar with.

After the
rawhide is
cleaned and
sterilized it
has to be
neutralized from
the PH level
achieved and
necessary for
cleaning and
sterilization.
The ammonia
sulfate and
hydrogen
peroxide
solutions are
neutralized by
giving the
rawhide raw
material a bath
of sodium
bicarbonate,
also known as
baking soda,
(NaHCO3)
solution at the
required
temperature and
for the required
amount of time. The rawhide raw
material is no
longer raw
material now, it
is edible
rawhide.
The rawhide is then
shaped and stored in
our "greenhouse"
(constantly
temperature
controlled room)
until about 85% of
the humidity is
removed to achieve
the desired
hardness.
The product is then
inspected again and
the items that pass
our quality control
standards are either
packaged for sale,
or they are further
worked with the
FDA approved
colorings and/or
flavorings,
re-dried, and then
packaged for sale.

At no time is
arsenic used in
our
manufacturing
process. No
chemicals are
left without
neutralization
during the
manufacturing
process.
Our rawhide dog chews are
Made in Brazil and/or Mexico
using the above methods. Every shipment is
inspected by a Veterinarian, the USDA
and FDA
Our Compressed bones, pig
twists, pig ears and ropes are made in
China, using the above
methods. Every
shipment is inspected by a
